If you want to change your purchase with another size or other items, then you must follow the steps described above. Once we receive the items you wish to return, we will send you a new one according to your requirements. The cost of sending a new item in exchange for a replacement is at the expense of the Sender - www.navvi.bg. The cost of returning the item - for the account of the Customer, except in cases where the parcel has damages to its packaging and its contents. Products delivered or invoiced incorrectly or products that have factory defects will be returned free of charge.
If you wish to return a purchased item entirely, please follow the steps outlined above. Once we receive the goods you wish to return and we verify in its entirety, and that the accompanying documents are attached, the amount will be refunded to you by the original payment method. The refund is made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
